Sara Blasko started attending KCC at age 4. She grew up in a missionary family, splitting half the year in Haiti, and the other half in Kalkaska. She is a 1996 graduate of Kalkaska High School. David Acker is the newest member on the KCC staff and serves as our Youth Minister. David and his wife, Samantha, are originally from Michigan and attended Great Lakes Christian College. Prior to coming to KCC, the Ackers served on staff at First Christian Church of Tillamook in Tillamook, Oregon. David and Sam have one son, Owen. Andy and his family are ready for the next adventure in the journey God has called them to. He enrolled in the Master’s program at Cincinnati Christian University. He attends classes once per week at their satellite campus in Indianapolis. He has two semesters of classes left after the current fall semester is over.
Emily has lived in the Kalkaska area since 1988 and graduated from Kalkaska High School in 1995. She studies Piano Performance and Accounting at Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana. Emily is married to Vince Paulus and together they have 6 children and 2 grandchildren. In her spare time, Emily enjoys playing piano, gardening, hunting, cooking and spending time with her family.
Tim attended Great Lakes Christain College, Northwestern Michigan College, and graduated from Western Michigan University in 2000 with a Computer Information Systems degree. He served on the mission field in Haiti with three different missions over a period of 12 years. He and wife, Anita have 2 children, Scott & Kaylin.
