Over the years I have had many different “families” whether it was youth group, a sports team, small group, or Church family.  Now, I can add one more family to my story, KCC!  Family is a vital part of being human.  It doesn’t matter if it’s biological, social, or ideological.  No matter how hard you may try, you can’t get away from families, even people who may distance themselves from their family will find a new one wherever they end up.  We naturally gravitate to How COVID has affected us

Tom Coverly will be sharing Sunday morning, July 18, at both the 9:00 am and 10:30 am worship hours and then again Sunday afternoon at 2:00 PM at Railroad Square. Tom Coverly, a former youth pastor for 12 years, felt the call of God on his life to travel the world using comedy magic to share the Gospel. I blame my parents…as missionaries in Haiti while I was growing up, I got to miss out on most of the Northern Michigan winters, and spent most of my winters in the sun. I know a lot of people struggle with depression in the winter simply because of the lack of sun. This year, has been extremely tough on me.
