Dear Kalkaska Church of Christ Family ~ To the place that has blessed me & molded me into the man I am today, and now the place that God has used to bless my wife & I on our mission trip to the Dominican Republic….THANK YOU! CIY Believe by Jody Terrell Two weeks ago a group of Middle School students and adults from KCC traveled down to Hope College in Holland, MI for the CIY Believe conference. This is a 24 hour conference jam-packed with singing praises to God led by a high energy worship band, sermons by Kurt Johnston, the youth minister at Saddleback Church, and author of many books on youth ministry, and illusions mixed with Biblical truths performed by Brock Gill. Love Offering Exceeds Expectations!
An unannounced love offering taken up Sunday morning at KCC exceeded the amount needed to send Nathan & Cassie Cummings to the Dominican Republic with Casas Por Cristo (Houses for Christ)! $2,2683.10 was given towards the couples mission costs.
